Terms of Use

mghb2b.com is a wholesale platform operated by Milad Gavsi (MGH) exclusively for businesses buying for commercial purposes (retailers). By using the platform you accept these terms.

1. Membership

  • Prices, stock and ordering are available only to approved retailers. MGH may review applications and reject them without giving reasons.
  • You are responsible for your company, tax and contact details being correct and up to date.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and password; actions taken through your account are deemed yours.
  • MGH may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

2. Prices and Product Information

  • Prices are wholesale prices shown only to approved retailers and must be kept confidential. Taxes are shown at checkout.
  • Photos show the actual products; small colour differences may occur depending on your screen.
  • MGH may update prices and stock without notice. An order may be cancelled in case of an obvious price or stock error.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order reserves the products for you. Payment is by bank transfer and the receipt must be uploaded within 24 hours; otherwise the order is cancelled automatically and the goods are released.
  • The order becomes binding when MGH confirms receipt of payment. If payment cannot be confirmed, the order is cancelled.

4. Delivery, Cancellation and Returns

You can track delivery on your order page. Cancellation and return requests are made on the relevant order page in your account and are reviewed and decided by MGH. Please report damaged or missing goods promptly upon delivery.

5. Loyalty Programme and Customer Mode

  • Confirmed purchases earn Mil and M² points. Mil points expire if no confirmed purchase is made for 6 months; points are recalculated on returns. MGH may change the programme rules. Points cannot be paid out in cash.
  • Customer mode lets you show products to your own customers without prices. You are responsible for the device and the 4-digit code.

6. Intellectual Property

Photos, patterns, texts and designs on the platform belong to MGH or its partners and may not be copied or published without permission, except to support your own sales.

7. Liability

MGH takes reasonable care to keep the platform running smoothly but, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for interruptions due to maintenance, technical faults or force majeure, or for indirect damage.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. The platform is aimed at businesses and does not constitute consumer transactions.
